Module 1: The Framework for Successful European TV Drama Series

The goal for Module 1 is to present and discuss the culture and market for TV Drama series in the United States and Europe that will assist in distilling systems and processes that can be applied to European TV production and creativity.

Application Procedure

The application procedure for the European TV Drama Lab 2017 was closed on March 13, 2017.

Successful applicants of the TV Lab 2017 will be contacted by early April.

3. Short biography (max. 1400 characters)
4. Stages of recent career history (company, position, field of activity etc.) (min. 2, max. 4)
5. Credits (title, language, year of release, your position, awards etc.) (min. 2, max. 4)
6. If applicable: Company information (number of employees, company profile) (max. 1400
characters)
7. Projects/shows you are currently working on (title, status, awards) (min. 1, max. 3)

Application Requirements

Applicants should be citizens of countries in the European Union or countries associated with the Creative Europe - MEDIA Programme of the European Union.

A limited number of seats for non-European participants is also available.

Scriptwriters
Applicants need substantial writing experience in scripted drama (writing credits on a minimum of at least one script produced for broadcast or web)

Creative and Executive Producers
Eligible applicants need a minimum of 5 years experience (minimum of one feature length TV film or TV series produced for broadcast.)

Broadcasters

Eligible applicants include Head of Development, Head of Programming, Head of TV Drama.

Applications from other experienced representatives from these departments must be agreed in advance.
