The new eTraining Sustainable Workplaces in Film & TV offers a hands-on approach to building inclusive, resilient, and future-ready work environments. Designed for HR professionals, producers, and decision-makers across the audiovisual industry, the course provides practical strategies for sustainable recruiting, team development, diversity management, and mental well-being at work.

The eTraining is structured into seven chapters with approximately 6–8 hours of content, including 40 video lessons, interactive exercises, quizzes, and practical resources. The content is designed for flexible, self-paced learning – accessible anytime, anywhere, for six months.
