With new impulses and continuity into the year 2025: Nadine Wrobel-Sparig appointed Managing Director of the EPI. Dina Rubanovitš to lead Strategic Development.
The Erich Pommer Institut is setting the course for a successful future: Nadine Wrobel-Sparig, previously head of Human Resources and Finance, has been appointed CEO and Managing Director of the EPI. With her extensive business administration and creative expertise, her excellent network and her knowledge of the EPI’s internal processes she will ensure a seamless transition in leadership.
Strengthening the Management Level: Focus on Strategic Development
Simultaneously to the change in management, the leadership team is expanding: Dina Rubanovitš will take on responsibility for strategic development. A member of the EPI since 2014, she has led the International Training department as well as the Business Strategy for the past eight years. In her new role as Director Strategy and Business Development, she will continue driving the strategic growth of the institute.
The EPI would like to thank Katja Bäuerle for her dedication as Managing Director and wishes Nadine Wrobel-Sparig and Dina Rubanovitš all the best in their new roles at the institute.
